Blin Queen is an all-day concept with a focus on sweet & savory pancakes, artisan ciders and specialty coffee during the day. It turns into a cozy wine bar with a small dinner menu after 18.00. Blending Eastern European traditions and Western European gastronomy. Kids and animals friendly.
Blin Queen is Amsterdam’s Eastern European pancake house. Our bliny are 40 cm thin pancakes, folded into squares and filled with anything from chicken, pear and truffle oil to gravlax and red caviar; every recipe comes on classic wheat or gluten-free buckwheat. Alongside them: borsch with slow-cooked beef, potato pancakes (draniky), oven-baked cottage cheese pancakes (syrniki) and fluffy kefir oladky, plus specialty coffee, sea buckthorn tea and natural wines after six.
